All septic inspections now in Va have new reporting requirements. MLS listing must reflect the occupancy of the heath department file, and must be reported on the inspection report. Therefore a house with a 3 bedroom septic cannot be listed for anymore the 3 bedrooms in the MLS.

Pumping during an inspection can be waived but, tank inspections cannot be accurately performed and tanks cannot be evaluated. All buyers reserve the right to a full inspection by law.
