If our technicians do find an issue we can have it repaired quickly as not to hold up your sale. Please know the type of system you are purchasing/selling (ie:conventional or alternative). An Alternative system can only be inspected by a licensed alternative contractor such as ourselves. If you need extra education on the system and/or its function please advise us at time of booking and we can accommodate that request.

AOSS (Alternative System) Inspections

All alternative septic systems as of December 7th 2011, are required by the Virginia Department of Health to have yearly inspections and maintenance done to them by a licensed alternative septic system operator. The failure to comply with these regulations will result in a monetary fine.
