My go to septic service company!! You won't find a more knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly company. Watched the entire time because I love learning new things. Rinsed the tank clean and was in & out in no time. Answered all my questions and patiently explained everything. Definitely would recommend! This picture was BEFORE he used the hose to clean the sides and bottom...sucked the tank clean as it could get. Awesome job!!

But I wanted to say how awesome they are my boyfriend got in a bind when he had trouble and no one could come out immediately he drove past a j&g truck called and they turned around and came help him diagnose the problem! It so nice to know there are still good hearted people out there! Thank you!

We unfortunately woke up to the beginnings of a sewage backup in our basement. Frantically calling all the septic repair shops around, I got ahold of J&G who was very responsive on the phone and was able to come out same day to pump and evaluate. I called shortly after 9 when they opened and the guy was there right after noon. He first checked the alarm and could already diagnose the problem. After pumping the tank, he scheduled the crew to come back out later that day with a new pump and floats. I was impressed when a few hours later, his guys were out and ready to fix the septic. Within an hour, they were done and the house was back in business. I was extremely grateful that they were able to assist so quickly and, compared to prices I heard from co-workers, their fees were very reasonable for the labor performed. Highly recommend!
